Stephanie Meininger is the driving force behind Group To Go and Travel Planner Workshops, where she leads full-time as CEO and mentors new planners through her signature “Earn and Learn” approach.

With more than 25 years in the hospitality industry, Stephanie brings a blend of expertise, innovation, and leadership to group travel, meeting planning, technology, and entrepreneurship. Her career began at Starwood Hotels & Resorts (now Marriott Bonvoy), where she developed a deep understanding of sales, management, and guest experience. That foundation inspired her to launch Group To Go, Inc. in 2002 — an agency specializing in group travel and meeting planning for corporations, associations, conventions, and high-profile entertainment clients.

For over two decades, Stephanie has managed large global events, implemented corporate travel programs, helped founders scale or exit their travel businesses, and led sales teams to success in specialized group travel niches.

Recognizing the need to mentor emerging talent in the travel space, Stephanie founded Travel Planner Workshops, an “Earn and Learn” mentorship program that equips professionals to build wealth through travel while developing a flexible, fulfilling business.

Her entrepreneurial reach extends beyond travel. As the founder and partner of Admins@Work, Stephanie built a technology agency that powers all of the automation and systems used by Group To Go and offered to all of its clients. The platform integrates AI tools that manage websites, leads, calendars, client communications, and sales funnels — providing agencies and entrepreneurs with an all-in-one, white-label automation solution.

Stephanie also co-founded Entry-Preneur, a global education initiative that teaches financial literacy and entrepreneurship to children and young adults. Its comprehensive curriculum is more than just a course — it’s a journey of discovery and growth, used in schools and programs around the world to inspire the next generation of innovators.

Through her real estate venture group, Stephanie offers rental properties and retreat spaces for both corporate and leisure use — which the travel school leverages to host immersive learning experiences, workshops, and planner retreats.
